I'm based in Pristina, Kosovo, and I'm a native Albanian speaker working across the Albanian-speaking region and the wider European market. Is Claude AI available in Albania?

Yes. Unlike Kosovo, Albania is on Anthropic's supported-countries list for the claude.ai app, and the Claude API works there too. So Albanian teams have full access to both OpenAI and Anthropic models. I build on both and pick the right one per task rather than locking you in.
