Is Claude available in Kosovo?

Short answer: the consumer app at claude.ai is not on Anthropic's supported-countries list for Kosovo as of March 2026 - even though Albania is. But the Claude API is a separate product, and it works. The API is what powers software, and it is what I build with from Pristina every week.

Frequently asked questions

Is Claude AI available in Kosovo?

The consumer app at claude.ai is not on Anthropic's official supported-countries list for Kosovo as of March 2026, even though neighboring Albania is. The Claude API is a separate product, and it is what production applications actually run on. I build on the Claude API from Pristina every week. Availability changes, so check Anthropic's official support page for the current list, but for any real product the API is the path that matters.

What is the difference between claude.ai and the Claude API?

claude.ai is the consumer chat app with country-by-country rollout. The Claude API is the developer platform that powers software - streaming chat, tool use, structured outputs, the Model Context Protocol, and prompt caching. When a business says it wants Claude in its product, it almost always means the API. The app being unlisted for Kosovo does not block building Claude-powered software from here.

Can you integrate Claude into my existing product?

Yes. That is most of what I do. Streaming chat, tool-calling and function execution, structured JSON outputs, RAG over your documents, Claude-driven agents, MCP servers, and prompt-caching for cost control. I wire Claude into Next.js, Node, and Python backends and ship it to production with evals and monitoring, not a demo.

Should I use Claude or ChatGPT for my product?

It depends on the task. Claude leads on coding, long-context, tool-use fidelity, and computer use; GPT leads on multimodal, voice, and the price floor. Does Claude support Albanian?

Claude handles Albanian as a lower-resource language - usable for many tasks, but not at the polish of English, German, or Spanish. For Albanian-heavy products I benchmark it on your actual content, add guardrails, and tell you honestly where it needs a human in the loop or a translation step. I will not pretend the quality is uniform across languages because it is not.

How much does a Claude integration cost?

Fixed-scope AI integrations typically range $3.5K-$45K, AI MVPs $5K-$60K. Hourly is $100/hr after launch. These are ranges, not fixed prices - every quote is set around your actual requirements after a free 30-minute discovery call.

Do you only work with clients in Kosovo?

No. Most of my client work is outside Kosovo, across Europe and North America. English-fluent, remote-native, on CET. Being based in Kosovo is a cost and timezone advantage for European clients, not a limit on who I work with.
