Your MVP, live
in six to ten weeks.
I'm Ergini, a senior developer. I build the whole product myself, from spec to launch: Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, Stripe, and AI where it earns its place. Fixed scope, fixed price, no equity. Six MVPs shipped end to end so far.

What I build
The product, end to end
Design system, auth, payments, database, the core features, a basic admin, deploy and a handoff doc. Thirty days of post-launch fixes included.
AI where it earns its place
An assistant, extraction, search or generation inside the product, with evals and cost ceilings, and only where it makes the product better.
A stack another senior can pick up
Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, Stripe, Vercel. No Kubernetes, no microservices, no premature scale. You own all of the code.
Working software every Friday
A live URL from the first weeks and a demo every Friday, so you steer the product as it takes shape instead of waiting for a reveal.
After the call
Scope
A written plan and a price within three days.
Build
Working software every Friday.
Launch
Deployed, documented and yours.
MVPs run $5K - $60K depending on scope: a lean MVP from $5K - $22K in 2 to 6 weeks, a full MVP $22K - $40K in 6 to 10 weeks. You get a written plan and a price within three days of the call.
Questions
- What is included?
- Discovery, scope, design system, auth, payments if needed, database, the core feature set, a basic admin, deploy, a handoff doc and 30 days of post-launch fixes. Paid traffic, native iOS and Android, and a full marketing site are not, unless we agree them.
- Do you take equity?
- No. Cash only, so the relationship stays clean.
- I already have a prototype. Can you take it from there?
- Yes. Apps built fast with Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Cursor are a common starting point. I audit data rules, keys and billing first, fix what exposes data or money, and build from there.
- What happens after launch?
- An optional retainer for changes, fixes and new features, or you take it in-house: the handoff doc and the code are written for another senior developer to pick up.
- Who does the work?
- I do. No account manager, no handoff to a junior. The person on your first call writes your code, and you own all of it.
- Where are you based?
- Pristina, Kosovo, on Central European Time. I work with clients across Europe and North America, on their hours.
